Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Agent Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial so you can test the agent before committing.
Do I pay per minute for calls?
You can choose either a fixed monthly plan or pay-as-you-go billing ($0.18/min). Fixed plans have one monthly ARIM Call Center price for the AI agent, while pay-as-you-go charges only for billable call time. Your SIP trunk provider may charge separately for phone numbers, minutes, or forwarding.
What if I need more concurrent calls?
If your business needs more concurrent calls than the standard plans include, email us at [email protected]. We can prepare a dedicated plan for your volume and operational needs.
What phone number do I need?
You can bring your own business phone number via a SIP trunk provider, or request a free national number for supported countries where available. We officially support Telnyx for bring-your-own-number setups.
What languages does the AI agent speak?
Currently the agent handles calls in English, Spanish, and Romanian. Filipino and Albanian are available only on the pay-as-you-go plan.
