Give every caller a real answer, even when your team is busy.
ARIM Call Center works like an AI phone receptionist for your business: it answers, asks the right questions, books appointments, and saves the conversation so your team can follow up with context.

Please avoid sensitive data.
Most businesses do not have a call problem. They have an availability problem.
Callers feel ignored before anyone has done anything wrong
When nobody answers, the caller does not know whether you are busy, closed, or simply unavailable. The experience starts with uncertainty.
Voicemail creates friction
Many callers do not leave a complete message. Your team receives a missed call, but not the reason, urgency, or next step.
Your team inherits incomplete context
A callback without details forces staff to restart the conversation instead of solving the request.
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to common questions about ARIM Call Center.
What is an AI phone agent?
An AI phone agent is an automated system that answers incoming calls on your business number. It talks to callers, answers questions from a knowledge base you provide, books appointments, and saves recordings — all without you picking up the phone.
How does ARIM Call Center work?
You write a short description of your business, connect your existing phone number via SIP trunk, and optionally link your calendar. When someone calls, the AI agent picks up and handles the conversation using the information you provided.
Can the AI agent book appointments?
Yes. When you connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, the agent can check your availability and schedule appointments directly during the call.
What phone number do I need?
You can bring your own business phone number via a SIP trunk provider, or request a free national number for supported countries where available. We officially support Telnyx for bring-your-own-number setups.
What languages does the AI agent speak?
Currently the agent handles calls in English, Spanish, and Romanian. Filipino and Albanian are available only on the pay-as-you-go plan.
We are a clinic or work in healthcare. Can we use ARIM Call Center?
Yes. Personal data, including health-related data, is processed in compliance with the GDPR. For healthcare customers we sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR — email us at [email protected] and we will set it up together before you start.
What an AI phone receptionist changes
The value is not only that the call is answered. The value is that the caller is guided, the request is captured, and your team receives something usable.
It gives the caller a response
Instead of silence or voicemail, the caller reaches an assistant that can explain what happens next.
It collects the reason for the call
The agent asks for the request, contact details, timing, and other information your team needs.
It can turn intent into a booking
When your calendar is connected, the call can become an appointment instead of a loose callback.
It keeps the conversation available
Audio and transcript remain in the dashboard for review and follow-up.
The value is the captured opportunity.
A receptionist phone agent turns a moment of demand into something your business can act on.
A caller becomes a structured request
You know who called, why they called, how urgent it is, and how to reach them back.
A question can become a scheduled next step
For appointment-driven businesses, the call can move directly into the calendar.
Follow-up starts with context
Your team reviews the recording and transcript before calling back.
Where it helps most
ARIM Call Center is most useful in the moments where a normal front desk, small team, or owner-operated business naturally runs out of attention.
Outside working hours
A caller can still be greeted, understood, and captured when the team is offline.
During real work
When staff are with patients, clients, jobs, or meetings, the phone does not have to interrupt everything.
When multiple people call at once
Concurrent calls can be handled without every extra caller becoming a missed opportunity.
How does it help in your industry?
The same availability problem looks different in a clinic, salon, legal office, agency, or field-service business. See how ARIM Call Center fits each workflow.
